{"id":200,"date":"2022-05-26T18:19:11","date_gmt":"2022-05-26T16:19:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/facilepourtoi.fr\/?p=200"},"modified":"2022-05-26T18:19:11","modified_gmt":"2022-05-26T16:19:11","slug":"panna-cotta-au-coulis-de-fraises","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/facilepourtoi.fr\/?p=200","title":{"rendered":"Panna Cotta au coulis de fraises"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-green-background-color has-background has-large-font-size\"><strong>La Panna Cotta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine   ou 2g d\u2019Agar Agar<\/li><li>400g (40cl) de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquiude <strong>enti\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/li><li>50g de sucre en poudre   &#8211; A tester avec 40g<\/li><li>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Mettre les 2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans un bol d&rsquo;eau avec des gla\u00e7ons<\/li><li>Mettre 400g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide enti\u00e8re, 40g de sucre en poudre et le sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 dans le bol.<br>Cuire <strong>10 min. \/ 90\u00b0C \/ M\u00e9langer cuill\u00e8re<\/strong><br><\/li><li>Essorer les feuilles de g\u00e9latine et les ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer <strong>1 min 30s.\/ vitesse 2<\/strong><\/li><li>Verser le contenu du bol dans des verrrines puis r\u00e9server au frigo pendant au moins 4h.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/facilepourtoi.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/facilepourtoi.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-202\" width=\"-8\" height=\"20\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-green-background-color has-background has-large-font-size\"><strong>Le coulis de fraises<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>130g (140g) de fraises<\/li><li>50g de sucre roux  (A tester avec moins de sucre)<\/li><li>60g d&rsquo;eau<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Laver et s\u00e9cher le bol du thermomix<\/li><li>Mettre  dans le bol140g de fraises, 40g de sucre roux et 60g d&rsquo;eau<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer <strong>30s. \/ vitesse 7<\/strong><\/li><li>Passer le coulis au chinois si les graines subsistent (notamment pour les framboises)<\/li><li>R\u00e9server jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que cela ait refroidi.
